9.0The room (large), the breakfast. Pretty comfy bed. About a 20-25 minute walk to the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theater, where I went to attend a concert.
− TV had cable for 15 minutes and then no more. Just useless on-demand content available afteerwards.
Rethinking the clean aspect
2.0I selected this particular location due to reviewers stating the room was clean. Well, I am seriously questioning the clean aspect because upon entering the supposedly only room left on the premises, it smelled so badly that I had to open the door and the single window for two hours. To no avail as the room still stunk and so, I went out and purchased a three wick candle so I could sleep through the night. Sorry friends, this is a hard NO for the Lamplighter Inn & Suites. Plus there were multiple male facial hair droppings in the sink -- gross!
Amazing place to stay.
10.0I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay again next time I'm in San Diego.
