2.0Der spa Bereich ist schön, auch wenn das Dampfbad defekt war. Das Frühstück ist okay, der Service dahinter mittelmäßig.
− Die Zimmer waren kalt! Meine Tochter hat sich mit Handtüchern zugedeckt, wir sind alle durch die Kälte krank geworden, es hat permanent gezogen. Der Gang in den Ostflügel ist eine Zumutung! Ein unterirdischer Gang, dunkel und man muss über 2 min nach abwärts laufen. Äußerst unangenehm, da der Shuttle der einzige extra dafür eingerichtet ist den Transport von außen zu übernehmen zu unserem Aufenthalt überfordert war und einfach nicht kam. Für Menschen die schlecht zu Fuß sind oder den Comfort eines 5* Hauses erwarten kann ich diese Erfahrung nicht empfehlen!
