10.0Before my arrival, I was in contact with Susanna from the front desk to organize a surprise for my companion, and she was an absolute superstar—just like the rest of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet it’s close to everything you need during your stay without having to be right in the city center. I would happily stay here again.
