10.0A great place to stay for a trip to Vienna. It feel like they thought of everything! The room was spotlessly clean and well organised. Staff on reception /cafe were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and constantly refilled. The bar area downstairs is really chilled and comfortable and they have free lockers for your luggage on arrival/departure day. Near to the main station but lots of places are walkable too if you fancy it.

10.0Livia made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with her warm smile and exceptional hospitality. We came as a group, and everyone agreed that Livia's kindness and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome in Austria. Her customer service is outstanding, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. She deserves far more recognition than simply being a receptionist—she is an incredible asset to the hotel and has the qualities of an excellent manager. Thanks to Livia, our stay was enjoyable and unforgettable. I will definitely return to this hotel, and I sincerely hope to see her there again. − No habia nevera/minibar en la habitación. La escalera para acceder a la cama era muy empinada. El servicio de TV se interrumpia constantemente cuando pasaron el partido España vs Francia.

8.0The hotel is modern and situated just a step away from the main train station platforms. Design is funky and fresh. Rooms are basic but you have all you need there. Breakfast had a great choice.
