7.0La proximité du warf, golden gate. Le confort de la chambre, la propreté même si c'est un peu ancien.
− J'aurais aimé avoir un frigo et un micro ondes dans la chambre comme dans la plupart des motels américains. Des gens qui se parlent la nuit et tôt le matin dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. La lumière forte qui se déclenche automatiquement dans la chambre côté lavabo quand on se lève la nuit et qui réveille tout le monde....

Although it was a short distance to the wharf, which was good, I will probably not stay there again

− Not very clean. Very loud all night. You could hear the people in the next room so easily.
Disappointed despite the excellent location and (relatively) low price.
3.0Location - right between Fisherman's Wharf and Marina District is perfect for the Fleet Week airshow, but that's the only real strength for this property (we've stayed multiple times).
− Noisy - zero sound insulation to limit noise from other guests using stairs right next to the room all night and one having a crying meltdown on the balcony at 4 AM. Booked an ADA room, but all rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor and the only elevator has been broken for months (maybe longer). Zero in-room amenities - no fridge, no microwave (nor one at the desk), no facial tissue. Burned-out lightbulb above nightstand. Cracked sink. Broken toilet paper holder dangling off of wall. Broken plantation shades. Basically no attention to basic maintenance. Dingy, dark stairwells and a rotten stench from the dumpster that's right next to one of them. Undersized pillows.
