Bien placé pour un séjour à Chicagoa proximité de tout
8.0La proximité de tout L’ Acceuil et services
− Le manque de lumière partout La literie trop molle à notre gout
Nice hotel with great access to the area, but probably wouldnt book again for a long-term stay
5.0Its location in downtown chicago was the main reason this location was booked. And compared to other places near by, the prices were really good
− The bed was too firm and too low to the ground, the room was too small for 2 people (booked a private room) and was freezing as the ac couldnt be controlled nor turned off.
Horrible hotel and rude staff. The only good thing is location
3.0Nothing !!!!!
− Ugly room, updated hotel , uncomfortable beds, no facilities and unhelpful staff….
Worst hotel experience I've had
1.0Location
− Worst hotel experience I've had. The room was humid and smelled of mold, the bathroom was dirty with mold growing on the shower curtain, the towels and curtains were filthy, the carpet was destroyed, and several lights didn't work. I asked for housekeeping and for the lights to be repaired. Nobody came. No call back, no explanation, nothing. At this price point in Chicago you have plenty of better options. Take one of them.
