10.0How helpful they where. After check out. My daughter left her wallet on bed after left. Went to Japanese market and that when notice gone. Call hotel. Gave my cell number. They call back 10 later said they didn't find it. And that when my daughter said it would be on bed. So say check and call back we then decide drive back to hotel ourselves almost there when they call back and they found it along with her sleep mask. So thankful they found it. Made us see bts night and weekend better. Thank you to you staff.
