1.0La ubicación La actitud amable y cercana de Juan en recepción y Chuy de mantenimiento. Turno nocturno, por demás resolutivos.
− Hay cucarachas en las habitaciones Pasé por tres diferentes habitaciones y las tres muy descuidadas, uno de los baños olía horrible a cañería, en general polvosas, las camas con las bases viejas y rotas, los sofás puerquísimos, cojines rotos. Nos tocó que incluso no hubiera shampoo y los baños bastante sucios. La alberca sucias incluso por la mañana recién la abrieron. Encontramos cucarachas muertas, miles de hojas, cabelloa y hasta ligas para el pelo. Eso a las 9am que la abrieron, no por la tarde ya usada. El gerente es una persona con pésima actitud que todo quiere arreglar con desayunos gratis, que además ya los teníamos pagados por nuestra cuenta, no da solución a nada y ante la situación de las cucarachas nos dijo que nos buscáramos otro hotel SIENDO CASI LAS 11 DE LA NOCHE. PÉSIMA ELECCIÓN, JAMÁS VOLVERÍA

8.0Esta super centrico, es un lugar lindo y la alberca esta climatizada solo podria mejorar la limpieza hay muchas hojas en ella y tierra al fondo
− El agua de la regadera HELADISIMA cada vez que queriamos bañarnos era avisar para que prendieran el calentador
