9.0L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Florence. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. Bonne literie dans la chambre.
− Chambre familiale pour 5 trop juste. La salle de bain est petite et la douche trop petite, compliqué pour se laver. Pas d'eau fraîche à disposition dans l'hôtel, dommage pour un mois d'août où il fait très chaud.

10.0피렌체의 1박 숙소로 피렌체역에서 도보 3분 거리로 이동성 아주 좋았습니다. 그리고, 데스크 직원도 너무도 친절하고, 리모델링을 해서인지 시설도 기대이상으로 깔끔했습니다. 또한, 조식은 4성급 호텔이 부럽지 않을만큼 맛도 종류도 만족스러웠습니다. 다음번에도 이곳을 방문하고 싶어요.

10.0Расположение!Персонал!Чистота!Завтрак!Эва просто красавица и очень приятная девушка, была очень вежливой и приветливой! У нас был номер на 4х человек, просторный номер с 2мя маленькими и 1 большой кроватью. Завтрак приятно удивил! Отличный выбор и очень вкусно! В отзывах ранее писали про тесную душевую-у нас была нормального размера, возможно зависит от размера номера.

9.0We liked how close we were to everything. Breakfast was really good, not run down by 10am but fully stocked until 10am. Staff were super friendly and room was suitable.
− Paying cash for city tax. We have stayed in a ' floor in a building' hotel previously and so knew that although from the outside it's a bit rough once inside it's all good.
