− Sauberkeit im Bad; beim Einzug befanden sich noch Urinflecken o.ä. auf der Toilettenbrille. Das geht gar nicht, auch wenn es irgendwelche anderen Flecken waren, die sich dort "eingebrannt" haben. Dann müsste die WC-Brille ausgetauscht werden. Das hochgelobte Frühstücksbuffet war ganz normal für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Ja, das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt dann nicht.
