− Ціна не варта того, що за неї отримуєш. За що я заплатив майже 500$ за ніч? За 6-й поверх із звичайним видом на вулицю, пляшку води в номері за 9$ та платний WiFi? Я вибрав не самий дешевий номер і сподівався хоча б на гарний вид із верхнього поверху. Платний WiFi в готелі це зовсім щось не зрозуміле. Приїжджаєш в готель і дізнаєшся, що маєш доплатити ще 300$ за якісь податки - може варто одразу включити це в ціну на Booking, а не писати дрібним шрифтом, що це не включено в ціну? Я повністю розчарований. Жалкую, що не вибрав інший готель - або дешевший зі звичайним видом на сусідні будинки, або дорожчий, але із гарантованим верхнім поверхом. Перший раз в Чикаго і таке розчарування.

5.0It was clean, everything was neatly folded. The bed was very nice and well made, the room smelled nice.
− I didn't like the fact that I asked for a nice view, it was very important to me. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I was giving him a surprise, so I asked for a high floor and a view, but all we saw from the window was some incomprehensible building and a parking lot. I was very disappointed.
