8.0considering the location the cost was phenomenal. you are right there on Miracle Mile. there is a Thai food place one block away that I'm telling you is the best food ever, I knew it would be good when I saw that it was right next to the thai embassy! it's an underground hole in the wall but there's my little hint. as far as the hotel goes the staff were very very friendly and helpful! the room had a reasonable view and was quite roomy. breakfast was quite nice and there was coffee and a good supply of snacks 24/7
− I was told that it was an older property and when I came in they said that they were working on some things. so if you want a glamorous up-to-date hotel this is not for you. it was definitely aged but clean. the couch really needed to be tossed it was not very comfortable anymore but I wasn't there to sit on the couch so I didn't care. the pool was not working when I came in and the fitness center is truly lacking. but again I don't go to hotels for things like that. the bigger issue is that if you're there in person the staff will accommodate you and take amazing care of you. but if you try to call, whether from the room or from your own home, good luck. twice I ended up having to call corporate just to be able to get through to somebody at the actual hotel. I'm guessing it's because they were taking excellent care of the people standing right in front of them but that was the only issue. I did try twice to call from the room and got no answer so ended up just going downstairs

7.0Posizione centrale … praticamente sulla Magnificent mile e vicino le fermate di bus per raggiungere diversi punti … colazione varia e abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato
− La pulizia viene effettuata tutti giorni con cambi di asciugamani quindi nulla da dire purtroppo però dal piano cottura ogni sera venivano fuori degli animaletti dovuti credo alla struttura fatta di legno dovrebbero prendere dei provvedimenti su questo
