Resuelve de forma inmediata la movilidad para quienes ingresan o egresan en tren y se trasladan con equipaje, anulando costos y tiempos muertos de traslado. Autonomía y procesos sin fricción: El sistema de check-in y check-out 100% automatizado mediante tótems en el ingreso es impecable: garantiza rapidez, elimina esperas y permite una dinámica resolutiva tanto al llegar como al salir. Habitabilidad y practicidad diaria: Habitación moderna, funcional y con un diseño orientado al confort y descanso efectivo. Como activo adicional, contar con un supermercado pegado a la puerta simplifica la logística cotidiana de abastecimiento.
− Continuidad operativa de servicios: La máquina de café no se encontraba operativa al momento de utilizarla. Un control preventivo sobre estos artefactos asegura sostener la experiencia en el estándar que el hotel propone. Visuales y entorno: La habitación asignada orientaba hacia una obra en construcción lindera. Se entiende como una variable contingente de la dinámica urbana que no comprometió el descanso, pero que conviene ponderar según la unidad adjudicada.
