9.0-Excellent location. -Lovely spacious rooms. -Staff were excellent, extremely responsive, helpful, attentive & knowledgeable. -Nice, broad breakfast selection. -Comfortable bed. -Clean & neat - well serviced rooms. -All the major points of interest are at your finger-tips and comfortable walking distance.

1.0Whilst it was close to everything, it was very noisy
− The host showed no empathy when my flight was cancelled and refused my request for a refund for the second night. Leading up to my stay, I felt pressured and harassed by her communication, which I found very rude. Additionally, the air conditioning was out of order, and the temporary portable unit provided was extremely noisy and let in street sound. To make matters worse, a light fixture fell directly out of the wall, leaving exposed wires.
Comfortable, convenient, and would return.
