10.0Everything was just 10/10 - the rooms are beautiful, everyone was helpful and professional, they have a lovely garden to relax in and an upper floor terrace as well. We didn't have breakfast but can't see how it would be disappointing.

− Am rezervat camera cu vedere la grădină și mi-au dat camera cu vedere la acoperișurile din Innsbruck. Camera este bine pozata cum apare pe booking,dar în realitate este înghesuită, design sumbru, draperie la fereastra din fier forjat, FARA aer condiționat. In pozele de pe booking au postat cu totul altfel fata de realitate.Nu au personal la recepție,non stop.

8.0Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione, l'accoglienza e la struttura. È stata messa anche una culla per la nostra bambina. Stanza con piccola area esterna per far girare la bambina ma purtroppo abbiamo beccato giorni di pioggia. Piccola e costosa ma sembra in linea con i prezzi di innsbruck.
− Non c'erano una scopa e una paletta per pulire a terra (ho pulito raccogliendo con un fazzoletto di carta) e mancava il seggiolino per mangiare (presente per il ristorante dell'hotel) ma fortunatamente ne abbiamo uno da viaggio e non è stato necessario chiederlo in reception. Mancavano anche sacchetti e indicazioni per i rifiuti quindi abbiamo usato sacchetti nostri.

10.0A lovely, amazingly presented hotel, easy access to Innsbruck including the old town. The staff were absolutely amazing with a special mention to the Scottish man on the front desk.
