Very relaxed, very comfortable and very well located.
9.0Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options to choose from in a relaxed and beautifully appointed dining area. You could sit outside too which was lovely. The breakfast staff were excellent and would quickly help you with anything you asked for.
− Perhaps a few more breakfast cereals and fruits to go with them as I love a fruit salad with my granola.

9.0Emplacement parfait pour visiter Palerme à pieds et à deux pas d’un marché très vivant où faire quelques achats avant de rentrer! Personnel d’une rare amabilité et empressé à fournir des adresses et des conseils de visites.
− Rien à part un peu de bruit mais dû à des clients bruyants sur une terrasse.
Gute Lage, hellhöriges Hotel
7.0Die Besitzerin und das Personal waren extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Haben proaktiv total viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, alles in Fußweite erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ok, viel Auswahl, aber wenig gesundes.
− Das Hotel ist leider extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten das Zimmer unter der Terrasse. Man hörte jeden Schritte und wenn ein Stuhl über die Terrasse geschobdn wurde war das unglaublich laut. Ebenso hörte man andere Gäste genauso wie Nachbarn und die Straße.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Hotel in der Altstadt mit toller Gästebetreuung
10.0Sehr schöne kleine, sehr hochwertige Unterkunft in der historischen Altstadt. Großzügiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Klimaanlage, tolles Badezimmer. Tolles Frühstück gibt es auf der wunderschönen Terrasse im Innenhof. Sehr gute Auswahl incl Omelett Wünsche werden erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem total ruhig. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings nicht dabei haben, da die Altstadt quasi autofrei ist bzw. keine Parkmöglichkeiten hat. Hervorzuheben ist die besonders gute und persönliche Betreuung der Gäste. Die Chefin und ihre Mitarbeiter organisieren wirklich alles, Touren, Mietwagen, Restaurant-Empfehlungen und Buchungen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
