10.0Very welcoming and nice hotel. The service was exceptional and the continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. So man options! The hotel is close to the food market and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with the spare room upstairs in the loft. No issue was too big to assist and Fanny was so helpful. Would definitely stay again if we come to Palermo.
− The safe didn’t work at times however didn’t affect our stay, however Fanny was also happy to help.

9.0Ochotná paní majitelka, ale i personál připravující snídaně. Komunikace v angličtině byla bez problémů. Pro manželku a dceru bylo zajištěno kvalitní čerstvé bezlepkové pečivo (croasanty, koláče, housky,...). Poloha ubytování je vynikající z pohledu cesty do města, resp. na hlavní ulice a památky. Majitelka má vytištěnou přehlednou příručku s mapou a hlavními informacemi o Palermu. Snídaně jsou servírované na venkovní terase, kde je i menší zahrada. Hezká terasa i na pokoji, ale venku bylo takové horko, že jsme jí moc nepoužívali.
− Z pohledu prvního příjezdu a zaparkování je poloha problematická. Přímo před ubytování se dostanou možná Palermané, ale turista těžko. Navíc navigace v autě nás špatně naváděla. My jsme zaparkovali cca 150-200 m od ubytování, kde naštěstí bylo jedno "místo" - před i za autem zbylo vždy cca 5 cm... Odnesli jsme kufry na ubytování, ubytovali se a pak zajeli do parkovacího domu (cca 300-400 m pěšky). Nižší hodnocení za zařízení je jen proto, že je pokoj zařízen prakticky, ale jednodušeji, ale to asi není na škodu. Obecně je ubytování dražší, ale my jsme cca týden před příjezdem objevili slevu.
Mimo malutkich wad pobyt i lokalizacja świetne, obsługa: wysoki, profesjonalny i przyjazny poziom!
9.0Śniadanie dobre, w stylu włoskim. Miłą niespodzianką był ekspres do kawy na pastylki, czego nie było w opisie pokoju. Dobrze byłoby gdyby pastylki było dostarczane przez cały pobyt. Woda była uzupełniana, co w Palermo latem ma ogromne znaczenie. Lokalizacja super! WiFi silne. Najważniejsze atrakcje na dystansie spacerowym (do 30 min.), chociaż w takim upale chodzenie do miejsc zwiedzania jest wyłącznie dla pasjonatów. Obiekt (na życzenie) zapewnia płatny transfer na lotnisko. Przy zameldowaniu szczegółowe objaśnienie i plan z atrakcjami w okolicy i dalej. Brawa dla Pani Fanny i Pani Sereny!, bardzo zainteresowanych i pomocnych. Dziękujemy!
− Można poprawić nieco czystość. Nie działało przełączanie prysznica z deszczownicy na słuchawkę. Nie zgłosiłem tego z lenistwa, nie przeszkadzało nam. Brak jednego światła w łazience. Jedna Pani w jadalni dziwnie reagowała na zamówienie kawy lub jajecznicy z menu (smutna, że pracuje?). Nie wszystkie zdjęcia opowiadają o stanie rzeczywistym - np. balkon dla pokoju nie jest zbieżny z prawdziwym wyglądem (Junior Suite z balkonem), z innych pokoi nie korzystaliśmy. Należy jednak pamiętać, że zdjęcia takich obiektów są zawsze robione szerokokątnym obiektywem lub mają też "przestrzeń poza kadrem".

8.0Zeer bijzondere locatie. Midden in de stad en toch rustige en hele grote kamer boven met terras erbij.
− Onvriendelijke, chagrijnige serveerster bij het ontbijt. Je kon bij deze B&B zelf geen koffie of roerei/ommeletje pakken. Moest je persoonlijk bij de "senior serveerster" bestellen die haar "cave" streng bewaakte, zij was wel héél zuinig, na 1 bak koffie werd je kopje gelijk meegenomen.

10.0Struttura molto bella, massima attenzione ai particolari e molto pulita. Nota di merito per la gestione meticolosa e la particolare attenzione verso gli ospiti per Fanny. Ricopre il suo ruolo in maniera perfetta e dispensa consigli per qualsiasi esigenza. Tornerò sicuramente.
