− Coffee service did not start at 6 am
Would stay for the bed, but the 3rd party booking was absolutely ridiculous this round, company was ugly! Almost paid ex
2.0Loved the location of the property, room was really clean, but the bed omg! Was the most comfy bed we ever slept on.
− Property was stating, we did not pay the total amount $494.80 showed proof of my receipt, said booking.com only released partial payment, they tried to charge my card again without even notifying me about it $86 to be exact (stated it was taxes, and they charged 3 other people before me). had to call booking.com, they stated I only paid partial of that payment, called my bank and checked my statements it was all removed, idk who was trying to scam who, but check in took 1 1/2, this has never happened to us booking at any other hotel, no fridge, front desk was rude for having to recharge our room card, one of the rooms did not have a working TV. WIFI on site did not work and your own phone network was blocked from cellular use, tried to use the washer on site, they said we could use our CC NOPE! Doesn’t work. Just all in all please be careful and do not pay extra, keep your receipts handy, I feel bad for the other 3 people before me paying extra.

8.0− I guess the room above us people we're working on fixing the floor or something anyways it was pounding pounding nailing nailing for about 3-4 hours in the daytime while we were trying to rest? If they knew that was going to happen they could have put us in a different room but other than that it was okay I guess
