Very grimy and uncomfortable
3.0− Every email we got said check in was at 2 when we arrived at 2 they said our room wasn’t ready yet. We got an email saying we were being given a complimentary _______ clearly the email automation didn’t fill in the blank to tell us the actual perk we were receiving. When we came back that night we saw a rat scurrying through the halls.

− La zona en la que se encuentra, llena de homeless, no me sentí seguro caminando hacia el hotel, afuera del hotel se junta gente a tomar y posiblemente a consumir sustancias.
The owners do not care about the property.
4.0The night clerk was professional and handled the issues I had as best she could.
− The first room I was given was found to be proped open and was a mess. Dog food was on the floor, a bowl of water, the room was obviously being stayed in and the staff did not know. Most of the security cameras were out of service.

− After checking in & bringing my bags to the room, I took a walk. I returned to find a maintenance man inside my room doing a repair. Probably illegal & definitely unethical. This is NOT acceptable & I will not be returning.
The manager would not give me a discount for the room not having a/c and the staff not being able to provide me with

− There was no a/c or fan in the room. It was 100 degrees outside and inside the room every night I stayed.
I will never book with motel 6 again

− Everything. Dirty. Bums. No towels. Moldy shower. Broken bed. Cigarette smell. No parking. No ice in the ice machine. Just an awful stay
