It felt really strange to encounter a situation like this. I’ve been using this service for two years, and I’ve never run into an issue like this before.

− The manager was rude he DNR'd me because I had 1 visitor over and he yelled at me
My truck was stolen and their staff didn’t have video and basically told me they don’t care
