Bummer in Albuquerque
2.0It was walkable from the Amtrak station and near the University of New Mexico
− After I prepaid days in advance, I wasn't given a room key until I paid an additional fee which was already included in the price and no mention of additional charges in the room description. I always check for this. Staff was rude and unwilling to discuss situation. Bathroom towels provided a see thru elegance. TV didn't work. And no coffee to be had on the property at any time. Other than that, it was a rather dreadful stay certainly not up to Booking.com usual standards.
