− Noisy….. close to the main transport hub and not centered in Venice. No casual seating area or lounge

Great location for everything Venice on the canal.
9.0Location was fantastic right on the canal, easy access to water taxis, gondolas, and restaurants. Easy walk over just one bridge from train station. Was perfect for us and they provided a mini fridge with some perfect drinks for us.
− Trash boats were a little loud early morning.
