9.0Amazing location - very convenient to tourist attractions and transit. Lovely building incorporating elements of the original building (stone staircase) while having modern comforts. Room had a window onto the staircase/inner courtyard, not onto the street, so it was quiet. Very comfortable bed.
− No ventilation in the bathroom so the bathroom got very steamy and there was a slight musty smell. Despite adjusting the thermostat we were not able to get airflow from the HVAC - we were able to adjust temperature just using the window but that may have been an issue if very hot or very cold.
We’d stay again. Loved it.

6.0Location. In old town, beside bars and restaurants,yet quiet.
− Room was tiny, and very hard to mange the heat even with air con. Spent all night alternating between too warm, and then too cold. Very unfriendly receptionist. Apart from the girl that was there at check out. Was nice to finally see someone smile!
Historic hotel in great location
8.0The location was excellent being close to the St Jean area. Comfortable room with lovely shower room. Very quiet, no outside noise. However noise did carry through from adjoining bedroom
− Breakfast was repetitive and choices did not reflect website options. One member of staff was particularly unfriendly although the rest were very good.
