7.0Staff were efficient.
− The place is very tired and needs updating. We were put in a disabled room, the bathroom was tired and black mildew present in various places. Towels smelt musty. Bathroom door didn’t lock, grab handle not secured properly. Not on Salford quays it’s a walk away.
It was Enjoyable honestly.
7.0There was less interaction with the staff meaning most things required were mostly provided. The location was great especially as it was just close to the Old Trafford stadium.
− I am not sure how I booked a room with Bunk but there you have it. There was no telephone to contact the reception for anything. The parking area needs attention as some taxis and other car owners blocked the path making it difficult for other cars to may their way. I can excuse them abit because the parking area is used by 2 other hotels. The breakfast was available but did not have all the options as other 4* & 5* would have. Feels like there was more coffee and tea option than Toast and the likes.
