8.0Less than 5 minutes walk to Darling Harbour. Well appointed hotel with a mix of bare brick and structural columns decor a nod to its former life. The rooms were well appointed and clean hotel albeit a little small but in keeping with its location in a large city. The breakfast menu had a good but not extensive selection and served good quality food. Professional and polite staff

8.0Fantastic location, walking distance to Darling Harbour, the Fish Markets and the light rail (Convention Station). The bed was comfortable and soft. The rooms decor was quirky and fun and we enjoyed lovely coffee and breakfast at the restaurant. Staff were so friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Parking was straight across the road and easy to find a park.
− The room was definitely on the small size for two adults, the bathroom was particularly tiny however I only have myself to blame for not checking before booking.

− The directions for getting to the property via public transport could have been clearer. I had to call the hotel for assistance. Some signage in the car park would have been helpful.

4.0Very clean, which was appreciated.
− Took three requests before they would issue me a receipt. Their systems need reconsideration as they asked me to repeat my email address three separate times. I've already given it twice, why do I need to give you this again? Also, for a restaurant that was fully booked on a Monday, It's unclear why they don't have their restaurant open on a Monday night. Towels were very scratchy.
