10.0Lage, Aussicht, durften sogar über die check out Zeit im Parkhaus bleiben. Das Zimmer war eine Stunde vorher fertig und wir konnten vorher ins Appartement. Appartement 4. bis 6. Etage gebucht und das beste Zimmer in Etage 6 bekommen! Danke
− Ausstattung der Küche war spartanisch. Nur 2 Kaffee Kapseln lagen bereit.

8.0Résidence bien située pour visiter la ville, avec vue latérale agréable sur le port pour notre appartement. Globalement résidence et appartement de standing en correspondance avec le prix élevé. Propre, bonne literie, équipement neuf et de qualité, calme, insonorisé et climatisation modulable, bon wifi. Pas de lave linge mais local laverie dans la résidence. Passage du ménage efficace tous les trois jours
− Présence du personnel d'accueil limité à 9h00-17h00 et peu interactif. Nous avons eu un souci avant d'arriver avec la réception d'un faux mail de l'hôtel... Heureusement nous avons vérifié par la messagerie Booking. Difficile de savoir qui de l'hôtel où de Booking a été piraté, chacun renvoyant vers l'autre... Le correspondant de l'hôtel manifestement pas surpris, non identifié, avec qui on a échangé en anglais à ce sujet par l'application Booking n'a pas donné l'impression d'être préoccupé et concerné alors qu'il s'agit potentiellement d'un problème grave à notre détriment. A noter que le parking souterrain de l'hôtel n'est pas compris dans le prix du séjour, et les places sont limitées en nombre. Les transports urbains sont relativement proches mais pas de supermarchés à moins de 15 minutes à pied.
