9.0The location of this hotel is great. Just a few minutes away from a tube station and Waterloo train station as well as walking distance away from the South Bank and Blakriars Bridge. The staff is really friendly and was helpful with all the questions we had. Big thanks to Erona (hope I remember her name correct) who helped us with the check in and the request to extend the stay. The room was a good size and furnished well for a longer stay (reasonable size wordrove, mini fridge etc). The breakfast was decent though could have had a wide variety and the restaurant would get too busy at certain time. But it was convinient to have it at the hotel. Hotel has a swimming pool, which was an advantage during the hot days. And though we didn't use it, other guests seemed to enjoy it.
− The housekeep staff could be more efficient. In a few occasions we had to insist a few times to address the requests. The carpet in the room needs and ugent change. It had lots of stains of unknown origin which made it unppleasant to walk on it. But those a just small details and overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

− Chambre avec moquette usee, tres sombre petite fenêtre donnant sur immeuble et ne s'ouvrant pas entièrement Des bruits de canalisations On a vraiment l impression d avoir une chambre bas de gamme, sèches cheveux de tres mauvaises qualité, du café soluble On ne sait pas pourquoi certaines personnes avec des peig ours et chaussons ppur aller a la piscine et pas nous.. C est tres bien d avoir des créneaux a réserver pour la piscine pour éviter d etre trop nom roux, mais malheureusement as vraiment respecter un soir on etait 20 avec des enfants qui sautaient malgré l interdiction. Une employée est passée 2 ou 3 fois et n est jamais intervenue
