3.0Beatrix restaurant
− I bought something with breakfast included but the breakfast was not in the hotel, it was at the Fairfield Inn next door and we had to walk outside to go there. I juts needed and espresso and was told they would have that but they did not serve espresso and it was an unattractive eating area that was overfilled with guests. Not appealing at all. We skipped it but the room rate was also very high considering the room we got was not that great. I asked for a high floor for my birthday, but that didn’t happen either.

− Poor value for money - hotel was okay, just not worth the price point. A lot of outside noise from the street and looked quite tired in the room and common areas. Restaurant was nice but a pain to get served. Appreciate it’s an external restaurant but queues could be long and no quick alternative for hotel guests, so you just had to wait.

− Alll the noise from the street and surrondings you hear a lot in the room. All Windows single glass , not a comfortable sleep at all. I pay 600 dollars per night during Chicago marathon. You don't expect this level uncomfort when you pay that much per night
