Good location, professional staff, good breakfast, but hair was all over the rooms.
6.0The staff were friendly and helpful. They were professional at check-in and check-out. The breakfast staff was professional and helpful. The buffet was good value. The complimentary bus tickets turned out t be very helpful. The bus stops close to the hotel.
− The room floors were not clean. We saw hair on the floor in every room. There was hair stuck on the complimentary mints. Even the bathtub drain was clogged with hair. Hair is the among the most disgusting objects to find in a room. The hair made the experience the worst for us.

Mein zweitägiges Seminar war sehr fordernd, aber das Hotel hat mich ein wenig dafür entschädigt.
9.0Ich fand die Anmutung – ein kleines, grundsympathisches Hotel, das alles bietet, was ein „normaler“ Reisender wünscht – einfach großartig. Sollte ich wieder mal nach Salzburg müssen (oder wollen), weiß ich, wo ich mich einquartieren werde. Vielen Dank!

− Malutki pokój z widokiem na inny pokój w tym samym obiekcie, można zaglądać do siebie. Jak by za karę pokój był udostępniany klientom Booking.com.
Alles in allem gut bis sehr gut
8.0Das Zimmer war kompakt und sehr gemütlich. Man hat alles was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist zwar perfekt aber etwas Verkehr ist schon. Frühstück war hervorragend und auch das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Besonders spannend war, dass der Fernseher Internetanschluss hatte und man somit am Abend etwas netflixen konnte. Werden trotz der Sauberkeit wieder kommen 😊
− Die Sauberkeit lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Vorallem der Boden und wochen alter angesammelter Staub an den Möbeln. Da gehört auf jeden Fall nachgebessert. Außerdem lief der Abfluss nicht ordentlich ab, wodurch man beim duschen irgendwann baden ging.
