Good value for money , great facilities , nice rooms and lovely staff
8.0Loved the snack bar and the fact that there is a pool , the water stations were great and had sparkling water as well and the staff were very helpful

9.0Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Einrichtung war schön und das Bett war gemütlich. Das Quartier fühlte sich sehr sicher an. Es lief zufällig das kleine Strassenfest an dem Wochenende im Agnesviertel, das war cool! Das Zimmer und Bad war modern und sauber. Man konnte Regenschirme von einem Automat mieten für 3.- Euro pro Tag, was wir auch genutzt haben und einen tollen Service fanden! Zudem gab es einen gratis Wasserspender mit und ohne Kohlensäure und man konnte die Wasserkrüge mit ins Zimmer nehmen.
− Es war im Zimmer ein Teppichboden, was ich immer etwas unhygienisch finde und auch in den Gängen hat der Teppich leicht gemüffelt (sie hatten dort einen Saugroboter). Das Kabel für den Haarföhn ist zu kurz! Selbst für 150 cm grosse Menschen.

8.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ich hatte im Vorhinein nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, da ich um die Ecke von Hotel Klausur geschrieben habe und ich war in einem Eckzimmer untergebracht, am Abreisetag konnte ich das Auto auch noch stehen lassen und meine Taschen an der Rezeption hinterlegen, war alles kein Problem.
− Das Bett war etwas hart für meinen Geschmack und die Lüftung im Bad ließ sich nicht abschalten, ansonsten war das Zimmer super. Das Parken könnte zumindest für Hotelgäste etwas günstiger sein, 24€ am Tag leppern sich ganz schön, wenn man mehrere Tage da ist.
