− No iron/iron board, No microwave. I booking for a party of 4, but only 3 attended. So we asked for additional night, We we’re charged $209 plus tax with no consideration of adjusting the price because of the person not being able to attend.

− Paying for a hotel room should include parking. The additional parking rates were extremely high. The floor in our room was really dirty. When we told the front desk during checkout said ok & nothing more. Did not care at all. I wont be staying with this hotel in the future.

8.0Renovated and very clean. Great location to convention center. Nice stores inside the hotel for everything you need. Walking distance to a lot of great things. Staff very friendly!
− Renovation going on the floor below me that started super early. I had a great rate and was advised at checkin that it was happening. Just wish I was a bit farther away from it I guess.
