Expensive considering quality of foodpl
7.0Pools, especially the indoor pool for cooler days. Our room was quiet. For such a large hotel, there was no noise at night.
− The food offering at the buffet wasn't for us. We weren't impressed with the quality of the food.
Agréable Séjour au Pestana Miramar
8.0A 20 min à pieds du centre de Funchal. Hôtel très calme,avec un très beau jardin et 2 belles piscines. Vue sur Funchal très belle. Le buffet du matin et du soir d excellente qualité. Personnel de salle très sympathique.
− Pas de bouteilles d eau de bienvenue dans la chambre. Pas de cocktail de bienvenue. Difficile de s orienter au début entre le Pestana Garden et le Pestana Miramar. Très peu de places dans le parking payant à 15 euros par jour Il est regrettable qu il n y ait qu un grille pain pour 2 tartines et en fin de vie pour autant de convives, alors que le buffet du petit déjeuner est de qualité.
Very relaxing stay for four weeks mid January to mid February 2026
9.0Beautiful situation. Very friendly staff and good food. Bus stop outside the hotel for buses to Funchal and other destinations. The indoor swimming pool was great as too cold for the outdoor pool in winter.
