8.0The hotel is really well located, and easy to get to. The room was comfortable, good shower and bed.
− The amenity fee of $35 is crazy, and just a way to nickel and dime customers. We didn't use any of the amenities other than the two bottles of filtered water they gave us - at least offer some nice spring water! I could have purchased a lot of water for $35. The happy hour is a nice touch and I've seen it in many places, but charging like this is a first for me, especially since I'm never around the hotel at that time anyway to partake in it. The overall room rate was competitive with surrounding properties, even with this fee, though in truth, it's just a little much.

Overall a good stay but confusing with the amenity fee and very small bathroom!

− Rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear through them. The amenity fee to me is confusing. It should either be optional or just included in the room price. To have to pay for water and wifi seems a little odd. Wifi should be a free thing these days. The bathroom in the Queen room was very very small! (and I am a small person!)
