This is our second stay at this Hyatt, overall it was a good experience.
8.0Location; proximity to museum of the Bible. Clean and comfortable.
− One Elevator was broken the whole time and wait times were long… and charging for coffee… it’s probably just me but I think water and coffee in the lobby should be free for guests…
