− Double glazed windows would have quietened the traffic noise. The room was quite cramped.

6.0Hotel situato in buona posizione per raggiungere il centro e i principali luoghi di interesse.
− Camere con arredamento minimal, discretamente pulite; non c'era bollitore né bicchieri; letto abbastanza comodo; bagno con doccia ma senza finestra con una ventola a volte fastidiosa. Prodotti da bagno, phon valido ma non c'era cuffia o altri accessori di cortesia. Mancavano anche gli asciugamani da bidet. La colazione discreta, prodotti molto semplici, sufficiente scelta tra dolce e salato. Ambiente della colazione piuttosto caotico , affollato, fila per prendere le bevande calde dato che una delle due macchine non funzionava. Stanza non insonorizzata pertanto molto fastidio per il traffico notturno , i mezzi di pulizia e gli schiamazzi notturni.

− Qualité du petit déjeuner médiocre et chambre très chère pour le peu de confort ! Mur sale et salle de bain avec très peu d'équipement.
Çok güzel
9.0Otelin konumunu çok beğendik; işlek bir cadde üzerinde, önünde metro, karşısında süpermarket ve yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran ve cafe mevcut. Havaalanına giden ALIBUS otobüsleri de otelin hemen önündeki duraktan kalkıyor. Otel turistik bir cadde olan via Etnea'ya 250 metre mesafede yer alıyor. Biz gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek gittik ve toplu taşımaya hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgili.Oda kapıları şifreyle açılıyor böylece kart taşıma veya kaybetme kaygısı taşımadan rahat hareket edebiliyorsunuz.Fakat otelle ilgili en çok beğendiğimiz özellik giriş kısmında yer alan temel ihtiyaç malzemelerinin aynı zamanda yiyecek ve içeceklerin olduğu mini market kısmı oldu. Terlikten, diş macununa bir tatilde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek tüm ürünler mevcuttu ve fiyatları oldukça makuldu. Tekrar gidersek yine tercih ederiz.
− Bizi rahatsız etmedi ancak eğer gürültü konusunda hassas biriyseniz (cadde tarafına bakan odalarda) dışarıdan gelen ses biraz rahatsız edebilir.
