− Douche: eau qui ne coule pas bien. Pas d’eau dans les toilettes. Déçus par le petit déjeuner.

4.0Ubicación. Armenia la recepcionista muy atenta, parece ser la única que entiende de servicio al cliente.
− Habitación con cucarachas, desayuno horrible pésima presentación. Nos cobraron los jugos sin indicar que no estaban incluidos y encima, en el cobro, el mesero se auto pagó propina sin consentimiento!!! Solo limpian día de por medio y los paños y las cortinas estaban manchados.
