Always a pleasure to visit & stay in this hotel which I hope to do on many more occasions.

I liked it’s friendly staff who have on all my last annual stays (which is approx 3 years in a row now I think 🤔) have been attentive & helpful. The location opposite the promenade, views of the sea & landscape from the 6th floor rooms where I’ve stayed are all fantastic!

− My only criticism is that the privilege rooms on the 6th floor which I think are at the higher end, if not the most expensive don’t have small refrigerators in their rooms.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with a sea view. The hotel is well situated and just a sort walk to the sea and promenade. Our room was not ready when we arrived but staff happily stored our luggage. The room, although on the smaller side, was well equipped the bed was a good size with luxury sheets and pillows and there was a good sized bathroom and separate toilet. It was very hot during our stay and the hotel has roll down metal external blinds over the windows which, despite them making the room dark, kept us cooler while sleeping. We enjoyed our stay, the markets nearby and cafes and restaurants are lovely. Staff happily arranged us a taxi on our departure.

− Lift often busy. We chose to use the stairs.

The location and the decor was nice from this hotel. The staff were friendly as well.

− The ACs don't work in this hotel well. The first night the AC was not cool enough and there was a sewage smell in the room. They changed our room the next day which solved the sewage smell. However, the ACs are weak. I specifically booked this hotel because of the AC during the summer.

− It was very dirty, the bed sheets, comforter and the pillow covers had black stains and it was poorly cleaned. The room was small and in a weird shape so it was very hard to be two people in the room despite paying more than 400 EUR for one night. No parking onsite and it’s quite a hassle to move luggage’s from public parking to the hotel.

ACCUEIL et SERVICE TAXI. Bon petit déjeuner avec un bémol; un peu plus de produits locaux et fruits frais ne seraient pas de trop)

− l'absence d'espace extérieur type salle petit-déjeuner, et escaliers peu pratique lorsque les valises sont lourdes... Travaux en cours mais qui ne gênait pas.
