Great value and location, quiet neighborhood, modern space, very clean.
10.0The location was quiet and easy to walk to everything we needed. The value was great and the space was modern and clean. Three windows in our room meant cooling down the inside temperature was easy to control.

− I feel they should be able to accommodate late checking out and also create a storage where bags can be put if there is late time someone is leaving aside that had good money of my money
Good value stay
9.0Cozy space in a quiet part of Capital Hill. Close to restaurants, public transit, downtown. I had everything I needed for a short stay: wifi, comfortable bed, clean shower, access to a shared full kitchen and laundry.
− It's a bit hard to find long term parking in the neighborhood during the day b/c a zoned parking pass is needed. The bathroom is right outside of my bedroom with a security code. It's a big awkward to leave my room to go into the common area and then go into the bathroom.
