9.0This place was in a great location. It felt very safe and was walking distance to a lot of things. It was pretty comfy and quiet. The property was easy to park at and enter.

− Well the " door " isn't really a door w a handle The heating was broken for 4.5 days in Seattle winter. After many attempts to get fixed kept being down off. 62° it was freezing.... He broke the law RCW 59.18.060 SMC 22.206.110 Also 3 lights were broken
