Noisy, mold floating in coffee, saggy mattress, no chair
4.0n/a
− Very noisy, no chair to sit on (just a short wobbly stool) and the common kitchen was dirty. The mattress sagged horribly in the middle.
I would not recommend nor would I stay here ever again.

Fantastic Value in Expensive Seattle
10.0Fantastic value in expensive Seattle. Clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay at a very affordable price. I would definitely stay here again!

Weird little room with little to no parking and no restaurants or coffee shops nearby.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!
1.0Location. Walking distance to Queen Anne Avenue and restaurants, shops, groceries, etc.
− Where do I start? My advice is to look anywhere else for accommodations. Parking is on the street and a pain in the ass to get a spot. My first impression was walking in the front door to the kitchen with 3 overflowing garbage cans and a horrible smell. This place is like a glorified hostel, 4 flights of stairs, lots of small rooms, super noisy portable air conditioner, and a communal kitchen. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a one bedroom apt. with a kitchen. Walls are paper thin, and hearing every footstep and toilet flush above or around you is not ideal. The second day I was here, there was a relentless stressed barking dog next-door for 5 hours! Insane! Guests are not supposed to leave dogs unattended in rooms, but they did anyway. There is nobody on site to handle issues or conflict resolution, so you’re basically on your own with an offsite owner manager to text with. Good luck! Fortunately I’m leaving in the morning, which can’t come soon enough. Good riddance!
Would definitely recommend this place again
10.0Easy to get to and easy to get in
− The Fridge was unplugged, probably because of the humming sound, so had to plug it in to cool my drink off for the morning. The humming sound didn’t bother me.
