Nice hotel with some nuisances
8.0The room is big and comfortable, the hotel is really nice. Staff was also helpful and nice.
− There are three things to improve: 1. There aren’t enough parking places. 2. There aren’t enough colleagues at the reception, so they can rarely answer the phone, and we had to wait 50 minutes for the check-in. After that we didn’t have to pay for the parking, so it was generous, but i don’t think the system works well. 3. The hotel is located at a good place if you look for accommodation close to the highway, however, there aren’t really amenities. When we arrived back to the hotel, we wanted to buy a bottle of juice, and there are no facilities in the hotel to buy any. I understand that the bars are closed after midnight, but a vending machine or drinks in the minibar would help.
