Beautiful hotel. Price jacks up due to entertainment.

− A strike prevented us from driving into the hotel parking lot for almost an hour. I resorted to taking a 1.5 km walk to the building to access washroom facilities urgently.

5.0The rooms are large. Spacious and clean
− During our stay, there was a casino workers' strike. Although in hindsight the strike had been going on for several weeks, we were not informed in advance, nor were we given the option to choose whether or not to stay at the hotel during the strike. We only received an information sheet about it at check-in. By then, we no longer had a choice since we arrived at the hotel at night and the reservation was non-refundable. In practice, the next day we were blocked from entering the hotel by car for almost 3 hours. When we approached management, we were told that an email had been sent via Booking.com to notify us of the situation, but this was incorrect. No email was sent, and we were not informed. After an argument, we were offered breakfast as compensation, and later a financial compensation, which was very minor compared to the amount we paid for the night at the hotel and the distress this caused us. Furthermore, it is not recommended to visit with children. The restaurants are located inside the casino, and minors are not allowed to enter. It is a large hotel with no breakfast included—only available for purchase at a small cafe inside the hotel. The overall management and experience were disappointing and do not match the hotel's star rating. Additionally, on the night of our stay, there was a rock concert, and there were drunk people inside the hotel making noise in the corridors, which made it very unpleasant.
