− Absolutely terrible experience — we arrived to a dirty mattress, dirty towel and a broken door handle, and had to spend our first night in those conditions because no alternative room was available. The worst part was the way management handled our complaint afterwards, refusing to take responsibility despite clear evidence. Highly disappointing and definitely not recommended.

6.0Cleaning staff and receptionist are very friendly, rooms were clean when we arrived.
− Hotel is not in pretty part of Nice, breakfast is definitely not worth 12€ per person.
