8.0Everything was great except air conditioning was not working in our room. It was fine in our friends room. Lucky we only stayed 1 night. I advised reception who were looking into it. Everything else was good. Location excellent especially if you need accomodation pre cruise.

9.0We stopped here overnight on way back to get the Ferry home. We booked a triple room as we were with our 18 year old son. The room was very large and had a 6 foot bed and a sofa bed for our son. Nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Underground car park next door to the hotel where we parked and charged our electric car. The hotel was very central and next to a square containing lots of different restaurants. We ate out for dinner and breakfast the next day so can't comment on the food. The staff were lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for longer next time to explore Bordeaux.

Great location for exploring and for families
8.0The reception staff were excellent, very friendly spoke good English and were happy to help with booking restaurants and navigating the local area. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, close to the tram and the river front and close to local amenities.
− There is an underground carpark nearby but it isn't associated with the hotel. It costs 24 euros per 24 hours. This wasn't a problem but wasn't clear.
