8.0Quisiera felicitar especialmente a la mesera que nos atendió durante el desayuno, destacando su eficiencia, amabilidad y excelente disposición. Su atención y calidad de servicio realmente sobresalieron, marcando una diferencia positiva respecto del servicio general del hotel. Sin duda, es una persona que representa muy bien la hospitalidad y el compromiso con los huéspedes.
− Como oportunidad de mejora, considerando que recepción es un área de atención directa y permanente con los huéspedes, sería muy positivo que al menos uno de los recepcionistas tuviera dominio del español, además del italiano y el inglés. Esto facilitaría mucho la comunicación con huéspedes hispanohablantes y contribuiría a entregar una experiencia aún más cercana, fluida y de calidad.

8.0Good hotel, overall new design and equipment, clean. We used it only for sleeping and thus walking distance to the train station. It served the purpose well. The staff at the reception was very attentive. There are some good restaurants around Via Gustavo Fara street if you want to eat in the vicinity of the hotel.
− The sound insulation is not perfect, you could hear people from the corridor. What I don't like at any hotel is a single thin sheet cover to be shared for both people sleeping in the room.
