9.0Very beautiful and big room, an amazing view and nice pool. Mariano felt like a true friend immediately and was so helpful with everything. Good wifi, shower, and beds. Very clean.
− Small detail; a trash can in the room would be really convenient. The rental bikes could be in better state but they work :)

6.0Auf den ersten Blick - wunderschön! Design- und Einrichtungstechnisch super. Rezeption war schnell, freundlich und kooperativ!
− Handtücher dreckig - keine Reinigung - verrostetes Inventar/Armaturen - Küchenausstattung mies - Liegen/Stühle defekt - Auflagen dreckig/verschimmelt/voll gekackt - Dusche defekt - kein Besen/keine Putzmöglichkeiten - kein/schlechtes Internet - TV funktionierte einer von zwei - keine Poolreinigung privat+Gemeinschaftspool - Elektrik - völlig überteuert!!! Gebäude 3 Jahre alt und null gepflegt! Zustand als wär es 20 Jahre alt. Schade, weil es Potenzial hat! Ich würde

− El hotel es agradable pero no hay restauración, no hay cambio de ropa de cama, al salir hicimos la reserva en booking pero el hotel nos añadió impuestos mientras que los impuestos estaban incluidos en la reserva booking muy decepcionado con el hotel.
Bien mais peu d'intimité et service à améliorer
7.0Chambre très grande avec balcon, très jolie et avec une vue sublime sur la jungle. Piscine magnifique sur le toit. Quartier calme. Vélos avec paniers et cadenas proposés gratuitement par le propriétaire (normalement 150mxn par personne et par jour - pas très bon état) . Parking aisé.
− Chambre communicante : une simple porte nous séparait de la chambre d'à coté --> aucune intimité et aucune insonorisation ! Devrait être mentionné lors de la réservation. Musique forte à la piscine jusque tard le soir alors qu'il n'y a personne, mais nous avons demandé au personnel d'éteindre cette musique et ils l'ont fait très rapidement. Réceptionnistes parlant uniquement espagnol (mais possibilité de discussion en anglais avec le propriétaire). Pas d'eau dans le frigo, ce qui aurait quand même été apprécié. Wifi de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas , obligé de se connecter au wifi du lobby. Emplacement assez isolé, voiture nécessaire.
