8.0Sehr schönes Hotel, die Anlage ist traumhaft und die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
− Was nicht so toll war: Niemand teilte mir mir, dass das mit der Buchung erhaltene Guthaben nur teilweise an bspw. Spa-Services anrechenbar ist. Man hat mir dies dann beim Check-out erklärt, beim Check-in wurde ich leider nicht darüber informiert. Das war äusserst ärgerlich und hat meine positive Stimmung etwas getrübt.

− The wait time for food in the resturants can be a bit long, in one resturant we waited an hour for the main course

10.0Design - The resort did not feel like an “all-inclusive”. The experience we had was a premium experience - no hidden fees or tiered system - you don’t have to pay extra when you’re there for premium food or drinks. The quality of the food restaurants and the variety of activities were impressive. We have high standards for hotels, as we are designers, Secrets did not disappoint; it was beautiful. Beach - it’s one of the cleanest beaches in the area. We visited in sargassum season, you wouldn’t tell because of how clean the beach was. The staff - everyone we dealt with was so professional, kind, and friendly. Pools - you get choices (if you want a social experience, there’s a pool for that, if you want a quiet time there’s a pool for that) All in all incredible experiences- definitely recommend
