Parfait pour des jeunes qui viennent faire la fête.
3.0La personne qui nous a accueilli était sympathique. Appartement assez grand. Climatisé.
− L’emplacement est proche de la plage mais celle-ci est aménagée avec de nombreux bars de plage qui mettent la musique jusqu’à 2 h du matin extrêmement forte.(nous avions les vitres qui tremblaient avec le bruit). Appartement très mal insonorisé avec les voisins du dessus également. En terme de propreté, c’est limite au niveau de la salle de douche (moisissures et rideau de douche sale). Parking privé de la résidence petit, difficile de pouvoir se garer lorsque l’on rentre tard et nous nous sommes fait rayer la voiture volontairement.

− Wearing a swimming cap in the pool is mandatory, I thought it was ridiculous, we don't even use the pool.

9.0Location is very good, by San Giuliano beach. The apartment is cool, television is there and can be seen from either the bed or the dining area / sofa. The air conditioner and shower work very well. Swimming pool is very small but still attractive, especially for families. A decent trattoria and a panificio are closeby. Especially in the panificio they do some very good food.
