− Chambre un peu sombre, revêtement au sol pas top. Équipement télé très moyen, dans un hôtel aussi moderne avec du co working etc … on s’attend au moins à avoir Netflix c’était un peu décevant. Et enfin personnel au bar du rooftop pas très sympathique.

8.0Otel genel olarak temiz, modern ve ferah bir konaklama imkânı sunuyor. Odamız oldukça güzel, rahat ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak düzeydeydi. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve temizdi. Otel sakin bir bölgede bulunuyor, bu da dinlenmek açısından avantaj sağlıyor. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek yaklaşık 15–20 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Yürümeyi sevenler için sorun olmayabilir ancak tam merkezde konaklamak isteyenlerin bunu göz önünde bulundurması gerekiyor. Araçla gelenler için en önemli dezavantaj otelin kendine ait bir otoparkının bulunmaması. Park yeri arka sokakta olduğundan araçla konaklayanlar açısından biraz zahmetli olabiliyor. Genel olarak temizliği, ferah odaları ve sakin atmosferiyle memnun kaldığımız, konforlu bir şehir oteliydi.

9.0The location is perfect, right in Navigli, yet the soundproofing didnt let the noise penetrate the hotel. Well furnished and wonderfully designed rooms. Appreciate the gesture of complimentary mini bar. Very hospitable staff. The breakfast was wholesome & views from rooftop bar were cherry on the cake

− I believe more staff should be scheduled during breakfast hours especially on the weekends.The existing team did their best and was consistently kind and helpful, but it was impossible for them to serve all the orders simultaneously. That caused delays. Also i didn’t find this hotel good value for money. The room felt dated and poorly maintained, with an old bin in the bathroom, a heavily used hairdryer, and a bathroom door that only closed with a firm push
