2.0Well it has AC…
− Staff stare at you while you struggle to use the check in kiosks instead of helping (during the day). Room was decorated strangely and felt undone and empty. Light switches took 15 minutes to figure out. Left an item at in the room, immediately called when i realized and asked if i could come back and get it. I was told I needed to send an email and couldn’t come back to the hotel until it was found. The item was never found because a hotel employee took it to their apartment and then to a second place (i’m still tracking it to this day). The hotel has continued to email me about other lost items while still not responding to my messages about the stolen property.

− Hair in the bathroom. Not very clean. Bedside lamp was not working appropriately.
